Hiring the hall
Rates
Any Day £14/h
All Day Hire Sunday - Friday £180 (9am to midnight)
All Day Hire Saturday £220 (9am to midnight)
We are Sorry, but The Hyde Heath Village Hall Management Committee do not accept bookings for Teenage and up to 21 year old parties.
To hire the hall:
1. Check the calendar for availability. Multiple bookings can be taken on one day. If there is already a booking on the day you want, place the cursor over the day to see the exact times the hall is still available. You will need to allow 30 minutes from any other booking.
2. Email our booking secretary Carole North on bookings@hydeheathvillagehall.co.uk with the date and time from until that you would like to use the hall. Remember to include time for your set up and clean up.
3. Carole will reply, make a provisional booking and issue further instructions and details about the next steps outlined below:
-Completing the booking form from the website and emailing it back.
-Paying £200 deposit
-Paying the hire fee
4. Read the attachments below and agree to comply.
5. Carole will confirm the booking once the above steps are completed. If needed she can also be contacted on 07907 618680
6. After your event, we ask you to leave the hall in state that you found it and declare any damage. Ensure to turn off all lights, shut windows, lock doors and return key to shop. The security deposit will normally be refunded within 7 days provided that no damage or loss has been caused to the hall or hall equipment and the hall is left clean.
